Hi, I'm Callie, founder of Cocktails by Callie.

I've been bartending for over 10 years and spent five years in Austin, Texas, working with a mobile bartending company and serving everything from weddings and private parties to corporate events.

After moving back home to Omaha in early 2026 to be closer to family, I decided to bring that experience with me and create something of my own. That's how Cocktails by Callie began.

I've always loved planning, entertaining, and creating experiences that feel thoughtful, fun, and personal. I believe the bar should be more than just a place to grab a drink. It should add to the atmosphere and bring people together.

From planning and preparation to the final pour, my goal is to make the process easy for you and create an experience your guests will remember.

Do you provide the alcohol?
No. You purchase the alcohol, which means you only pay for what you want and keep anything left over. We send a customized shopping list with exactly what to buy and how much, and we bring everything else.
What comes with a booking?
Professional bartender(s), the mobile bar, setup and breakdown, bartending tools and equipment, garnishes, ice for cocktails, napkins and straws, a custom drink menu, a customized shopping list, and general and liquor liability insurance. Mixers and cups and an event server/barback are available as add-ons.
Are you insured?
Yes. Cocktails by Callie carries general and liquor liability insurance. If your venue needs proof of insurance, let us know when you request your quote.
Where do you travel?
We're based in Omaha and serve Omaha and the surrounding areas. Travel outside the normal service area is available; a travel fee may apply depending on the location.
How many bartenders will my event need?
It depends on your guest count, the hours of service, and how involved the menu is. We'll recommend the right number of bartenders in your quote, and an event server/barback can be added for larger or busier events.
How do I get pricing?
Every event is quoted individually based on guest count, hours of service, cocktail selection, add-ons, and location. Fill out the quote request below with your event details and we'll put together a custom quote.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Weekend dates during wedding and holiday seasons fill up first, so reaching out early gives you the best chance at your date.
